Directions for use of the article Doppelherz aktiv Jod+Folsäure+Eisen+B12 Tabletten: - Food supplement with iodine, iron, folic acid and vitamin B12. - Take 1 tablet a day, unchewed, with some liquid. - Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. - Not suitable for children and adolescents. - Do not take in case of iron storage disease and iron utilisation disorders. - Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and thyroid function. - Iron supports the normal formation of red blood cells and the immune system. - Folic acid has a function in normal cell division and blood formation. - Vitamin B12 supports normal cell division and blood formation. - Contains no animal ingredients and may therefore be particularly important for people with restricted animal product intakes. - Note: Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
